This is the roadmap, not a live claim. Founders can apply to join these cohorts; if accepted, each company commits a slice of token supply to the SGC treasury, which then flows to holders and the DAO. No drops are guaranteed until a cohort is fully funded and announced.

    Mint proceeds seed the treasury. Every Character is a DAO seat from block one.

  2. T+1Month 1-2

    $SGC launch & farms open

    Token goes live on Supra L1. Operator vault, LP farm and Character vault start emitting.

  3. T+2Month 3-6

    Cohort 01 allocations

    First incubated projects launch. 1-5% of each supply routes to the treasury and airdrops to holders.

  4. T+3Month 6-12

    Equity distributions

    Equity stakes from incubated companies start paying into the treasury. DAO votes the split.

  5. T+4Year 2

    Full DAO handover

    Treasury policy, cohort selection and emission schedule move entirely on-chain to holder vote.

Token economy

Earned, upgraded, used

$SGC and the 2024 SGC Characters are one system. The token carries the treasury cash flow; the NFT carries the seat. Value comes in from the companies on the bench, $SGC goes out to upgrade Characters into Golden tier — a permanent badge worth up to 100% higher allocation — and holders decide where the rest points.

How value enters

  • Every incubated company commits 1-5% of token supply plus equity to the SGC treasury.
  • Staked $SGC and staked Characters earn cohort token streams and airdrop allocations.
  • Contributors — research, liquidity, community — are paid in $SGC from the contributor pool.
  • Golden Characters take the top emission tier plus a pro-rata cut of equity distributions.

How the badge works

  • Spend $SGC to upgrade any Character to Golden tier — a permanent badge on the NFT, never a burn.
  • Golden tier scales allocation weight up to 100% higher on every cohort airdrop and farm.
  • Upgrade cost is paid into the treasury; no Character is ever destroyed or merged away.
  • Badge travels with the NFT on transfer, so the upgrade holds its value on secondary.
